Due to the implementation of the GDPR (EU General Data Protection Regulation), I am sure you have all receiving numerous emails regarding updated Privacy Policies. If you are like me, your mailbox has been flooded with them…well, I guess we need to follow suit and do the same. To start off with, here is what we do with your personal data: (“we” “us” and “our” refer to Dr. Dan & Company, LLC).

DO NOT retain, view, or use any of your personal data.
DO NOT use information for marketing purposes.
DO NOT share your information with any third party persons or businesses.
WILL NOT: Sell your email address to any third parties…fact is, we don’t even maintain an address book on a computer. The only information we have is what you have provided us with, either in signing up for our free booklet (name and email)…what you have provided to us directly (such as your shipping address) and what is provided to us via PayPal payments when an order is placed (your name, email, and shipping address). We will NEVER ask for your Credit Card number, expiration date, or verification numbers.
Any information we may have (email address, physical address, phone numbers so on) will NOT be shared with anyone or any third party for any reason…ever.
